We decided to start a blog specifically designed to reach new parents who are trying to wrap their minds (and sometimes bodies) around parenthood. This is a very challenging time and it can sometimes feel isolating, like nobody knows what you are going through. Our goal is to help you feel seen and encouraged along this journey of learning your new role as parent.
