Virtual Pumping Hour

Does dropping your little one off at daycare feel like the hardest part of your day? Are you finding it difficult to set boundaries with your boss now that you’re back at work? Do you feel overwhelmed with guilt for taking pumping breaks during the workday?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, we warmly invite you to join our Virtual Pumping Hour—a supportive space designed for new moms navigating the transition back to work after maternity leave.

Returning to work can be an emotional and exhausting experience. With so many changes since becoming a parent, the added pressure of balancing career demands with family life can feel overwhelming. Whether or not you’re breastfeeding, this is a space for all parents. For those who are, this is a safe and welcoming environment where you can pump and prepare to reconnect with your little one at the end of the day.

In our gatherings, we’ll explore topics like:

  • The emotional complexities of returning to work

  • Managing expectations from employers, bosses, and coworkers

  • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries

  • Balancing career and parenthood

  • Grieving the separation from your baby

  • Overcoming the challenges of pumping at work

  • And so much more!

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Join us to connect with other moms who understand, and let’s support each other in creating balance and finding joy in this new chapter.

Let us help you get connected.

Toddler Tuesday

Meltdowns. Toys flying across the room. Refusing to put on shoes. Demanding one thing, then changing their mind entirely. Sound familiar? Parenting a toddler can sometimes feel like a mix between amateur wrestling and a high-stakes balancing act. You’re mentally and physically exhausted, all while trying to keep your cool—because no one wants to “mess up” their kid for life.

Talk about pressure, right?

At Landmark Counseling Practice, we get it. We’ve supported countless individuals and couples who felt they had things under control postpartum—until the toddler years hit. That’s why we’ve created a shame-free, nonjudgmental space where parents can feel supported, validated, and reminded that no, you’re not going crazy. Toddlerhood is a marathon, and you’re not running it alone.

Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, working from home, commuting to the office, or just trying to find a clean shirt—this group is for you. Toddlers are welcome to hang out in the background, nap on the side, or keep you on your toes. The goal is to provide support, no matter what your situation looks like.

Here’s what we’ll dive into during our sessions:

  • Managing the anxiety of unpredictable toddler behavior

  • Navigating power struggles with confidence

  • Handling the strain toddlerhood puts on partnerships

  • Coping with feeling “touched out”

  • Practicing anger regulation techniques

  • And so much more!

You don’t have to face the toddler years alone. Join us to connect with other parents, share experiences, and find a little breathing room in the chaos.

Postpartum Support for Dads

Fatherhood brings a profound shift—one where the idea of “never being off” becomes your new reality. Before having a baby, you might have been able to relax and unwind after work, whether by stepping through your front door or closing your home office for the day. Now, the moment you cross that doorframe, you’re met with an endless to-do list of responsibilities and expectations. The burnout? It’s real—and it hits fast.

That’s why we’ve created this support group for new dads, designed to help you navigate the delicate balance of supporting your family while also making space to support yourself. Fatherhood can feel isolating, especially when your focus shifts entirely to home life. Connecting with other dads who get it is key to feeling less alone during this postpartum season.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

  • Balancing work and home responsibilities

  • Managing the pressure to perform in all areas of life

  • Coping with the lack of time to unwind

  • Addressing feelings of isolation and loneliness

  • Building deeper connections with your baby

  • Adapting to changes in schedules and responsibilities

  • And so much more!

You don’t have to figure this all out on your own. Join us to connect, share, and support one another as we navigate the challenges—and rewards—of fatherhood.
